Guest arrival time
Check-in from 14:00 to 00:00.
Check-out from 06:00 to 11:00.
Late or early check-in or check-out has to be arranged with our villa manager.
Guest address details
Guest must provide a phone number and their address details when they book.
Guests are required to show an ID-Card upon check-in.
Property Policies
Our villa-rates are including cleaning, towels and bed clothes change every 3 days.
Pls. be aware that the infinity pool is shared between the two villas. But don´t be afraid – landscaping and lush garden planting guarantee maximum privacy.
Smoking is not permitted on the first floor and in the bedrooms.
Pets are not allowed.
No additional guest, other than stated in the reservation are allowed to stay over night or use the shared garden and pool facilities without prior approval.
Children & extra beds
All children are welcome.
One child under 16 years is charged $ 15 per night when using existing beds.
One extra person is charged $ 25 per night when using existing beds.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
The charge for an extra cot is $3 per night.
Cancellation Policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within the 30 days before arrival.
Prepayment of 50% can be charged any time within the 30 days prior to arrivel.
In case of no show the guest will be charged 100% of the total price.
Tax information
10% Government tax is included in the displayed rates.
